OUR POLICY
Explicit Mention of Clinical Validity & Testing Claims
If you're advertising phrases like “dermatologically tested” or “clinically validated”:
Include a section linking to the test reports or certificates, stating the lab name (e.g., Mascot Spincontrol), test type, and test result summary.
Mention whether it was in-vivo, patch, or irritation test, and clearly indicate non-animal testing, if applicable.
Suggested Addition in Medical Disclaimer Section:
“Our products are dermatologically tested under in-vivo patch testing protocols by third-party labs (e.g., Mascot Spincontrol India Pvt. Ltd.). Results show XX% tolerance with no significant reactions reported in healthy subjects.”
Cookie Policy Linkage (for future compliance)
Your privacy policy talks about cookies, but no standalone cookie policy or clear opt-out banner is described.
Suggestion: Add a separate section or URL like 4mationskins.com/cookies and refer to it explicitly in both T&Cs and Privacy Policy.
Omission Suggestion: Repetitive Device Compatibility
The terms mention Android/iOS compatibility multiple times across sections.
It’s okay to retain one reference under "Technical Requirements" but remove repetitive notes from Platform-Specific Terms.
Missing: Accessibility Policy
No mention of compliance with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) or mobile accessibility standards.
Suggestion: Add a short line:
“We aim to make our app accessible to users of all abilities and are working toward compliance with WCAG 2.1 standards.”
